About Us

The Beverly Rogers Academy of Dance was established in 1971 and

continues to be the leader in dance instruction in our region. In fact, we

are proud yo say that all but one other dance studio in Paducah have come

from the Beverly Rogers Academy of Dance. From the very beginning, young

students are taught an understanding of proper postural alignment, an aspect

that must not be overlooked especially when training young dancers.

This understanding is one of the most important elements to living a

healthy, active life. The staff at the BRD Academy are the most experienced

teachers in the region and have taught, directed, choreographed, and

performed both nationally and internationally. The BRD Academy prides itself

on its ability to instill its students with work ethic, focus, integrity,

fairness, honor, and self-discipline.

Beverly Rogers Academy of Dance provides recreational and professional

dance instruction. Whether you are a beginner, dancing for a hobby, or training

for a professional career, you will enjoy taking a class at the

Beverly Rogers Academy of Dance.

Our environment provides an atmosphere of enthusiasm, energy, and fun.

We offer classes to children beginning at 2 years old through their teenage

years for the recreational student and we also provide the highest level of

instruction and training for a professional career. Our competition companies

hold numerous regional and national awards, including top national

championship titles in the Unites States for over 20 years.

We are ranked among the top 10 Competition Schools in the nation

by Star Systems National Talent.

Our classes are taught by professionals who are dedicated to teaching

and sharing their love of dance with our students. During our years

of success, the Academy has produced many professionals that have

danced, directed, and choreographed on Broadway, National Touring

Companies, Cruise Ships, TV, Film, and Prestigious Ballet Companies.

Our students have also performed on Saturday Night Live, The Today Show,

Disney stages, and Cirque du Soleil.
